Meet Earl Presley

Earl Presley has always been a Musician. He has taught Vocal Music and Music Theory at Tarrant Co. Community College, Kilgore College, the University of Texas at Tyler, Dallas ISD, Burkburnett ISD, Forest High School in Ocala, Fl, and La Vega ISD in Waco. He has built successful programs in each situation, with many students attending colleges and universities all over the country. Now retired, he and his wife Renee moved to Palm Coast, Fl, in April.

The son of a Baptist minister has held Ministerial and Music positions in Baptist, Methodist, Assembly of God, and Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Churches. He is an ordained minister and President of A Voice For Today Ministries.

Earl was a Vocalist, Bassist, and Guitarist with the US Navy Atlantic Fleet Band in Norfolk, VA, from 1976-8. He toured Northern Europe for the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1976. He has performed in Northern Europe, the Caribbean Islands, and the Eastern US. He was a 1988 winner of the Metropolitan Opera District Auditions in Dallas. He has performed classical recitals as both faculty and guest artist at many Colleges and Universities. He has also been a consultant and lecturer on electro-acoustic music, jazz theory, and composition.

Earl brings a unique dynamic and eclectic presence to every performance, worship service, concert, rehearsal, and classroom situation. His knowledge and experience allow him to work and perform well with musicians, clergy, and professionals from various backgrounds.
